Steve, as I mentioned in our subsequent conversations, I'm sorry to hear of the experience you encountered during your sales process. We value our customers' business and time and make every attempt to make it as pleasant as possible. As I mentioned after I looked into this matter, I understand that while the sales and management team at our Mazda dealership were working with you during the sale process, they didn’t know that the inventory manager at our Ford dealership next door was on-line reviewing pricing on vehicles at both dealerships and identifying several that resulted in a lowering of the advertised price later that day. Our Mazda staff was not aware of this and negotiated with you in good faith. We apologize again for any confusion. I completely understand how you felt.
