Just prior to retirement in 2009 my wife and I bought a home in the local mountains. For ease of driving in the snow, we purchased a Lexus AWD SUV, then followed up with three similar leased cars the late home in the local mountains. I reflected upon my three BMW 7-Series leases during the period ended 2009. Having thought about the 2021 BMW X5 xDrive40i and our mountain home, I called New Century BMW and asked for the Internet Sales Manager. Why? I knew exactly what I wanted, so it was just a matter of learning about standard equipment verses options, new technology, what’s in stock, and price! I put out a request for information on a Saturday, and Elvis Blohm, the Internet Sales Manager at New Century BMW, quickly responded. While on the phone, Elvis was inquisitive about what I was looking for. By the time we met the next day, he identified the perfect 2021 BMW X5, but was located in the port of Oxnard, CA. During our Sunday visit we took a test drive of a similar X5, discussed options, price and made a deposit. The car in Oxnard met all our needs, was brought down immediately. My wife and I met with Elvis shortly thereafter, received a brief on the technology, answers to questions, paid the fair and reasonable agreed upon price, completed the lease agreement and drove home. Elvis made the process simple. I would highly recommend Elvis and New Century BMW to anyone that wishes to buy or lease a BMW via a quick and extremely efficient process. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to compromise. I can’t express my satisfaction enough of Elvis’ ability to listen and make the process smooth and pleasurable. After the sale was completed Christina Sanchez, the BMW Genius & Business Development Consultant, provided a personal tutorial on the specific details and functions of my new BMW. Even after leaving the dealership, both Elvis and Christina contacted me the following day to provide additional tutorial assistance and ensured I was completely satisfied with my BMW. Despite the 2 hr trip to the dealership, I will definitely be returning to New Century BMW and Elvis Blohm for all future BMW purchases and recommending the same to all prospective BMW buyers. More

Jason Tu is a disgusting dealer I have even seen. When I first reach him, he could indeed give you a very good customer experience, and he also verbally said to test drive this car for you. Later, because the ridiculous price was not agreed, he rush me out of the dealership and told me that you don’t need to test drive this car. So because I am not satisfied with his offer, I am not eligible to stay in this dealership and I am not even qualified for a test drive? This is ridiculous. I have never encountered such a bad dealer. I will never go to this dealer again because of this experience. I feel insulted. Maybe he thinks I am not qualified or I have no money to lease this car, but I can tell him clearly that this is a very ridiculous idea. More
