Busy but efficient and timely! I was referred to New Century for my air bag recall replacement. I made the appointment over the phone and was told it would take 1-2 hours. As I arr I was referred to New Century for my air bag recall replacement. I made the appointment over the phone and was told it would take 1-2 hours. As I arrived at the dealership with book in hand and somewhat excited to sit and wait for 2 hours to enjoy 2 hours of reading, the gentleman helping me, Christian, told me it could take up to 5 hours. 5 hours?! Although I was happy to wait the promised two hours, I was not prepared to wait 5 hours. I was also not prepared to leave my car and go back for it later. I stressed this to Christian. He said he was going to do some maneuvering in his schedule and said he could get me out in 2 hours. As I sat in the customer lounge, enjoying my book and their free coffee, Christian appeared in the doorway...EXACTLY 2 hours later! I don’t know how he did it but he is fantastic! That you all for a great experience. I will be back! More

So so service I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t closer. The service is ok but could be better.
