Right before we signed one guy pushing for us to get the extended warranty. He came out with the numbers of what we we pay for it but when we got to the table to finance, we didn’t see those numbers. Friendly but what happened to car wash ? I scheduled for my car to serviced. Got oil changed tires rotated and batteries changed on my remotes. I’ve always had my car washed and vacuumed .This was my first Honda vehicle and they were helpful and friendly but when I received my vehicle it wasn’t washed or vacuumed. I’m not sure if they offer that or every other dealership I’ve gone too just automatically does this with their service. More

After speaking with and even beginning my lease paperwork with the Honda of Hollywood team, I was left in a lurch of unanswered calls, no follow throu After speaking with and even beginning my lease paperwork with the Honda of Hollywood team, I was left in a lurch of unanswered calls, no follow through, and a soon to be delivered vehicle that kept getting delayed in transit despite an onsite "promise" that it was already on the truck from the local depot for delivery to the dealership. After a week of this nonsense, I called the New Century Honda team and had their amazing sales rep Sabrina confirming that the car I wanted was on the lot, that they could match or beat the price HoH offered me, and that my paperwork would already be in the works if I could come in that day. She was SO THOUGHTFUL and helpful throughout the whole process, made sure I test drove the exact vehicle I would be leasing to double confirm I loved that exact car, and made sure the whole sales & finance team had me in and out in under 3 hours. No pressure to buy extra packages or feature I wasn't interested in, no hustle to make a deal at a higher price than I had been offered by HoH, clear communication about everything from how long the paperwork would take to print to how much longer it would take for the wax on the car to dry. I'm so so so happy that I brought my business to New Century Honda and cannot wait to recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues in the future. More
