Was not informative at all. Waited for over an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. When the oil change was done I received a call from notifying me of the price of the filters and that th an oil change that I had an appointment for. When the oil change was done I received a call from notifying me of the price of the filters and that they needed changing. I asked how long it would take and was told minutes. Yet I was charged $65.62 for labor on something that took less than 5 minutes to do. I feel like I was ripped off and left with more questions than answers. Horrible experience! More
