3 stars. Took all most ya hours for an oil change and I had to wait an extra 20min or so for no real reason. I paid out and was waiting for my car to be brought around when the manager called a meeting. I had to wait an extra 20min or so for no real reason. I paid out and was waiting for my car to be brought around when the manager called a meeting. I could see almost everyone gathered in the back while I was just standing in the front. One gentlemen asked me if I was waiting for my car and I said yes but it's been over 15min. He responded yeah our manager called a meeting. Another 10 min pass and I am asked the same question. This gentlemen at least asked me which was mine and brought it around a few minutes later. Not a huge issue, but was a annoying. Every gentleman I interacted with though was very nice. More
