I had a pretty good experience from start to end. Very helpful personal and made my maintenance on my truck run smooth. And diagnosis on items and parts that need to be replaced was very helpful. Too expensive! There were quite a few issues with my car & they quoted me in the region of $2500 which I simply don’t have during the pandemic. So I was told they’d do the essential stuff. That came to $780 & they quoted me in the region of $2500 which I simply don’t have during the pandemic. So I was told they’d do the essential stuff. That came to $780 - of which $559 was labor!!! My car isn’t running appreciably better. It’s not as bad as it was but for that price I’d expect a massive improvement. I should’ve gone to my usual mechanic & am kicking myself for thinking the dealership would treat me better. I can’t fault the guy helping me - he was super nice but can’t set the prices. WAY too expensive. More
