BAD customer service !!! Our service guy was super rude because our service would take about 2-3 hours. We traveled all the way from Las Vegas NV to Cali for our sons 2nd bday Our service guy was super rude because our service would take about 2-3 hours. We traveled all the way from Las Vegas NV to Cali for our sons 2nd bday then our car stops working. We called this Honda @2:30 about the service which the guy in the phone said they close at 4:30pm which was a LIE so we would have to come Monday. Of course we needed the service done right away especially by Monday. We come in anyways after having AAA come and give us a jump. We need this service in car our car stops working and we get stuck again. We arrived at 3:30 and the guy that was supposed to be helping us was super rude after we told him what had happened. He told us that the service will take 2-3 hours b/c of testing and they CLOSE at 5pm. We explained that we really need this because we don’t want the car to not turn on and we’re stuck somewhere. Then he was mad storming off to talk to the service people which made it a very uncomfortable and awkward situation for us. Our unfortunate situation was already frustrating as it is. We came to Honda for help and great experience which we didn’t get. We did not need the added uncomfortable situation on top of what we were already going through. Honda needs to train their staff better customer service. Customers don’t deserve to be treated this way. More
