Good service, too expensive Did routine B1 service plus a number of other things that needed to be done which I felt were maybe more expensive than they should have been but hey, Did routine B1 service plus a number of other things that needed to be done which I felt were maybe more expensive than they should have been but hey, this is the dealer. Service was prompt courteous and efficient as always. However, the technician recommended another 1000$ of things that they said matter of factly should be done, as if it was recommended service, but they weren’t. No distinction was made. Didn’t argue with me when I turned it down but it wasn’t made clear that this was optional. They always recommend optional things when I come in but these things have generally been presented as optional in the past but they weren’t this time. You can argue that this was only mildly dishonest by car dealer standards but it is not appropriate and could have cost me a lot of money. More
