Excellent Service I was hesitant at first to bring my car here for service, since this was previously colonial Honda. They were the worst. To my great surprise, Christian the service writer, and the whole crew were professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. What more can you ask for? More

Great service I had an issue with my vehicle, was helped out by Chris, and later by Jeff. They provided great customer service. Helped me with my vehicle. If I knew I had an issue with my vehicle, was helped out by Chris, and later by Jeff. They provided great customer service. Helped me with my vehicle. If I knew someone who needed help with their car, I would send them to them. However, the same can't be said about a guy named Eddie in the same department. He sent me away 3 different times, stating that my car wouldn't be ready that same day, or making up lies about my car needed additional parts, or that they couldn't service my car that same day. Because of him, what could have been fixed in 3 visits, turned to 7 visits. The part I needed replaced ended up being sent back. This is the type of person who doesn't need to be working there. If he's done it to me, guaranteed he's done it to others. More

Unknown Damage I come in first thing on a Saturday. I wasn’t expecting to get my car fixed but I was hoping to at least get a diagnostics on it. Christian walks up t I come in first thing on a Saturday. I wasn’t expecting to get my car fixed but I was hoping to at least get a diagnostics on it. Christian walks up to my car to greet me. He tells me he can’t guarantee service but will try his best to let me know what’s wrong with my car. I get the damage report and quote. I was impressed on how he kept me updated throughout the wait time on my car. I must say, he is great at his job and has great customer service. Thank you once again Christian for making this experience a good one. More

Great services My service representative was Haybert. He was attentive to the reasons of my service visit. Only opportunity for improvement: I called the operator to ask about the time I can expect to get a shuttle back to Honda. No answer and the answering machine was full - no option to leave a message.
