Corporate machine of greed I don't know what happened but with the move from the old space, the trusted, personalized care I received in the past has been lost. Just because you can get away with it, doesn't mean you should do it. Although my wait time for service was satisfactory this time, last visit was a disaster all around and I spoke with people in the waiting room yesterday who had been waiting two hours beyond the promised hour and a half! I am sad to write this review because EVERY person I've spoken with in the office in various positions (admin roles - making appointments, taking payment) is very professional and kind but while the people supervising the actual servicing seem to be trying - they fall short in putting the customer first. The last two visits I felt like I was talking to the stereotypical "salesman" fast talking and acting like they are giving me a deal when in the end I feel swindled. Maybe they are overworked and just focused on making a quota - I understand the stresses of a fast paced job, but I left there saying to self: I never want to come here again. A shame. More

Max was super friendly and explained everything that need to be done, and even gave me a little bit I needed to bring my car in to get some work done.
