Car was not repaired at your facility but it took almost 2 weeks to figure out your sight was not going to be able to completely fix the issue. Then your rep. referred me to another place- a body shop up the street which is worse and currently all together, both repair centers have had my car for over one month just to replace a brake sensor and the scratched fender.
