Incompetent service dept I made an appointment for warranty recall work. They told me it would take 2-3 hrs. I arrive. They can’t find my appointment. And now it’s supposedly I made an appointment for warranty recall work. They told me it would take 2-3 hrs. I arrive. They can’t find my appointment. And now it’s supposedly a 2 day job. I leave car overnight. Get a call first thing the next morning that it’s ready. So apparently not really a 2 day job. If they weren’t the only Honda dealer in town, wouldn’t bother returning. More

Took the car in 3 times for oil leak. It’s still leaking oil Took the car in three times to have oil leaks fixed and the car is still leaking oil. This last time, the dealer had the car for 5 days.
