Sold me a damaged BMW then tried to make me pay for it. BMW with less than 20k on it. We drove it for 3 weeks and brought it in for service. It didn't handle well. They ended up repairing it but it still doesn't handle well. It's a shame because it's the first dealership where I felt like I could trust them and they valued me. More

His recommendations were spot on, and he took his time to educate us on the vehicle, the brand and the dealership. I would highly recommend Marco to family and friends as I know he would take good care of them. Paulo Dias was very helpful in helping us learn about our specific vehicle.
