When I needed some repairs a few months ago, the service department was extremely helpful and honest. At that time, I had asked Joe (internet sales) to keep an eye out for a specific type/price car for me department was extremely helpful and honest. He promised to contact me if something came in. Three months later, I received notice from Joe that the car I had described to him had come in. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was greeted by Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew helped me negotiate a great deal, and I appreciated his honesty as well. I asked a few questions that were unique to my situation and/or car, and instead of pretending to have the answer, Andrew admitted that he didn't know, but he also knew who to ask and was able to get me the information I needed. Overall, my experiences with New Motors have been fantastic. They have been helpful, friendly, and honest.
