Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and e We ordered a custom Ascent from the factory through New Motors. Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and ensuring everything we needed (and some things we didn't realize we needed and should have!) was taken care of. He kept us informed all along the way where our car was, and even called as production progress was made. We purchased our Outback here and were sad to trade it in, but getting the Ascent was worth it! The way we were treated has earned our loyalty and we will DEFINTELY be purchasing another car here in the future! More
