Bad experience I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation I have been there every since two years and every time they messed up something one time they forgot to change the oil when i went for tire rotation and oil change ..all they did is tire rotation when i got back home i checked the oil wasnt changed and other time they didnt rotate my tires and when i confront the manager i think his name is Jamar said "IT not End of the World" .,......but They Guy name Chris is Very nice and helpful. Service was fine - Factory and Dealership not so fine Transmission fluid 4 quarts low from the factory! Toyota knew about the problem (it's all over the internet)! Dacia Letts and the Tech did their job- no problems there! They made sure the fix was done right and road tested the vehicle. More
