Service manager said that four lug nuts were damaged from the people that put my new tires on but if that was true they would have damaged the threads on the bolts of which were not damaged. All I had to do the people that put my new tires on but if that was true they would have damaged the threads on the bolts of which were not damaged. All I had to do was run a tap through the nuts and had no trouble putting them back on. Sorry to say you have lost a customer. More

Maintenance on my trucks oil change was not clear as to if they checked my transmission fluid and other factors as well. My document said it was red as in bad. But the lady working at the desk stated that if they checked my transmission fluid and other factors as well. My document said it was red as in bad. But the lady working at the desk stated that they wrote it up inaccurate when I followed up with her as to why it’s not accurately labeled if they looked over it. She said the lube tech just didn’t put the righ info down.
