It was acting like it had in the past when I needed a new 12 volt batterie. I was planning a long trip and wanted it in tip-top shape. He said they would check it out and let me know while I waited. He reviewed everything it needed and how much it would cost. The repairs were made while I waited. This is why I keep coming back to this dealership. Shawn Karfs has assisted me in the past, this time I got his card so I could give him credit for a job well done.
