Purchase decision was due to the excellent service of our sales agent Greg. Initially worked with him via phone/text/email and he was extremely responsive and proactive offering to send spec sheets on sever sales agent Greg. Our in person visit to make our purchase went very smoothly. He was ready for us and had the car ready for our final inspection. There was not any interaction with the sales manager, he did not come by and thank us for the purchase. I found this odd considering previous experiences at other Lexus dealers.
