There were six people that I interacted with in the process of selecting, testing, and buying a used Ford Escape. Each person offered unique and different perspectives on the process and the car. She is excellent at her work and if/when i'm in the market again for a car, i hope I can work with her again. I live in Nashville and Newton Ford Shelbyville is 60 miles from home [rt].
