He worked numbers in many directions and explained each thoroughly, without getting frustrated with me. I feel that each of these guys were honest and straightforward regarding both vehicles, add-ons and service agreement options. I bought a Ford Escape Titanium and love it. Not only did they work with me until we found a payment in my range, but I left there feeling like I had made new friends.
