What a great experience We stopped in around 6:30 last night on a whim. We had just decided over the last couple of days that we would begin looking into bigger vehicles for We stopped in around 6:30 last night on a whim. We had just decided over the last couple of days that we would begin looking into bigger vehicles for our expanding family. We had went to several dealerships in Murfreesboro and either didn’t find what we were looking for or didn’t like the experience (all those new dealerships are less than personal). We were lucky enough to be helped by Charles Higgins and couldn’t have been more pleased. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and knew our exact situation. He showed us a vehicle that we hadn’t even considered previously. We liked it, but were on the fence. Charles arranged for us to take the vehicle home overnight and see how it worked for our family. Well needless to say, we loved the vehicle and Charles and the staff worked with us and now we are the proud new owners of this beauty! Thank you Newton Ford of Shelbyville! More
