Great experience I’ll be honest. I dread shopping for a vehicle. I don’t like the haggling game. I typically have researched whatever I’m considering buying to death, I’ll be honest. I dread shopping for a vehicle. I don’t like the haggling game. I typically have researched whatever I’m considering buying to death, including the best price I can pay. For vehicles, I always visit multiple dealers. One dealership wanted to sell me a used truck as new and wouldn’t come down on the price until I got up to leave. Then I went to Ford in Shelbyville, TN. Randy Evans introduced himself and I didn’t get the usual dealership pressure feeling. Randy stuck with me for a few days while I made up my mind. I was that guy that came in after work, 30 minutes before they were closing, and made everyone stay over with me. Even with me being a pain, I was never pressured. When I finally picked out the truck I wanted, we went in to talk about price. They immediately beat the other dealers prices and I didn’t have to haggle. The price was in line with my research. I bought a new F150 and felt comfortable the whole time I was shopping there. Even brought my wife and 4 kids in the day I bought it so Randy and the guys could meet them. If you are shopping for a vehicle, I recommend you go here. More

From when I called from Alabama and talked to Lisa Cook about my dream car I was wanting ,to meeting her that day ,the experi Wow ,what a dealership . From when I called from Alabama and talked to Lisa Cook about my dream car I was wanting ,to meeting her that day ,the experience was so great . She made feel so welcome . She had the car parked up front waiting on me so see it ,offered me a water knowing I just drove 1 1/2 hours and was so knowledgeable about the car . But what she didn't know was that I had fallen in love with the car the minute I saw it . I had always wished I could buy a corvette even when I was little .And when I finally could afford it I was at her dealership where my Dream was about to come true . As Lisa and I was talking about the car,I told her I had some personal issues I was having in my life and she was so kind to listen and was so caring . For you see, my brother is facing a life or death situation with cancer. I was torn about buying my dream car when my brother was facing death . But Lisa said to me ,maybe your brother would want you to have your dream where his wish for life might not come true . And she was right . My brother after talking to me, said yes, do it . He knew it was important to me . He loves the car ,cause it made me happy . His first ride in my dream car made two grown men cry because you see ,it was two dreams came true .
