I had seen the Murano that I wanted online and so my Husband and I went to look at the car on the lot. Kris Somaru came out upon us getting out of our car. After we were approved for our car Bruce Moss came over and introduced himself and told us what was going to happen from there. I went in to fill out all the paperwork on the car and then Rob King came in to tell me about the WRAP and GAP program as well as a couple other options. They were bother very friendly and helpful. I could not have had a better experience buying a car. I have told many people about Kris, Bruce, and Rob.
