David Stone did an awesome job ordering the part for my side mirror on My Nissan Altima and when I schedule the appointment to get the part put on I was in and out in 15 minutes thank you so much Dave stone for taking such good care of my car every time I bring it in for service I highly recommended David Stone in the service department he does a awesome job he even keeps the customer updated on the vehicle and is always checking to see how the service is going on the customer vehicle ;-D

"No time to repair serious issue?"

After air bag recall work at your location, light stayed on. Service tech yesterday said they didn't have time to look at it. It was only 12:00 and there was only one other person waiting. Seemed early to not have time to look at such serious issue.

"Service Department"

Took my truck in for a oil change. The service guy has you sign a paper telling you what your charges are. He puts 389.00 plus taxes and fees. I sign the paper and after the oil change is done I go to pay my bill and the HIDDEN fee is 35.00 dollars I ask what that fee is for I get two different answers one is for shop supplies the other is to dispose of filter. I have never had any car shop charge me a fee. I told the manager they need to tell people what that fee is upfront we know 9.25 is sale tax. We shouldn’t have to pay for shop supplies. I think this is very deceiving.

Hi Mincey, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with me. I am so sorry for the way you felt deceived by the charges on your recent service visit. That was certainly not our intention. As I'm sure you are aware, a variety of shop supplies are consumed in servicing our customer’s vehicles. Parts and labor necessary for servicing customer’s vehicles are itemized on estimates and invoices. However, shop supplies (such as protective items for your vehicle, solvents, cleaners, rags, diagnostic equipment, etc) do not lend themselves to precise itemization. Therefore, on all invoices an additional charge of 10% of the total labor amount, not to exceed $35, is added to an invoice. This charge represents costs incurred by the dealer to service all vehicles. Non-mandated disposal or recycling charges may also be associated. I have spoken with my manager, who has put this information on a sign for all customers to see and be made aware moving forward. We value our customers and want to remain as transparent as possible in all our charges. Thank you for bringing it to our attention to put this information in front of our other customers. "Excellent Customer Service!"

I took my 2015 Altima (approximately 34,000 miles) in for warranty service because of two issues. Both were intermittent and I expected the dealer to tell me, "sorry, but we can't duplicate your problem". Boy was I wrong. They gave me a loaner car so they could keep mine overnight so they could start it cold and drive it in an attempt to reproduce the issues. My service advisor, David Stone, called me the next day and said my car was ready to be picked up. They were able to find one of the issues and replaced some parts, and updated the computer program to correct the problem they could not duplicate. Both of my issues are now gone. David was very professional and thorough. He clearly explained what the service technician did to my car and told me if either of the issues came back to give him a call. No doubt one of the best service visits I've had in my ownership of 8 new vehicles of various brands in the past 30 years! Joe N
