Danny was very knowledgeable of his product and very kind and not over eager & pushy as sometimes car salesman are. Bruce in finance, made the experience good as well, he just let us know what he could offer, but was also not pushy, nor arrogant and as some we have met. The only down side is how long it takes to purchase a vehicle, but that is all dealerships, not just this one. We have purchased several new vehicles and it has always been a long process. I liked the fact the salesmen were not "pushy" in trying to sell the car. Of all of the vehicle purchases I have made over the past 30 years, I have never received t extraordinary service that I had to share the experience. Of all of the vehicle purchases I have made over the past 30 years, I have never received the level of customer service, professionalism, friendly atmosphere, etc that I experienced in working with James Scribner at Newton Nissan. He is not only an asset to the Newton Nissan group, but is a fine representative of the Nissan company. Being new to the area, I wasn't familiar with any local dealerships, but we had taken our vehicles to Newton for service. So it was the great service department that got us in the door. I was considering a Nissan and Volvo, but after a couple of phone conversations with James, our experience with the service department and the proximity of the dealership to my home, I knew they would take good care of me and my vehicle. He made the transaction as easy as possible, even spoke with me when I contacted him on his cellphone on a company holiday. It was important to him that I was completely satisfied with not only the car, but the deal unlike others that are pushy and inconsiderate. I can honestly say I could confidently recommend him highly to my friends and family assured that he would take very good care of them as well.
