I had a reoccuring problem with the tire air pressure warning light coming on. The first time was due to an air leak, the second time was due to a low battery level in one of the tire sensors. After visiting several other dealerships and having what I would describe as utterly awful service, I decided to go to Newton Nissan in Gallatin, TN. I am very pleased to say that this was obviously the rig I would describe as utterly awful service, I decided to go to Newton Nissan in Gallatin, TN. I am very pleased to say that this was obviously the right choice. I was looking to lease a 2013 Nissan Altima and trade in my 2008 Nissan Altima. Our salesman Joe has a super sweet, and very down to earth personality that made me very comfortable trusting him with my purchase. He went out of his way to make the whole experience special to me. He was so helpful and went through every step with us....he even put the new tags on my car when they came in! Best salesman I have ever encountered. Ryan Martin is one of the managers there and he was so inviting and friendly. He told us as soon as we walked in that they really try to offer a different experience than the normal dealerships AND THEY DO! They did everything right. He checked back with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and everything was going okay. There wasn't the usual stress, and pressure you would normally get. That was the best experience by far and I would recommend if you are looking to buy, sale, or trade..that you pick up your smart phone and google the number for Newton Nissan. :) More

The negotiations were simple and straight-forward and I felt like I was treated w/ respect by all employees there. Being a single female buying a sports car I was treated differently at another local Nissan dealer and I wasn't impressed so Newton Nissan was a relief and refreshing. Bruce was also great in regards to financing - he explained everything clearly and I felt like he worked hard to get me the best overall payment options.
