My experience with Newton Nissan of Gallatin was absolutely wonderful. I had been trying for several months to get the opportunity worked out to purchase a vehicle but it never quite worked out for absolutely wonderful. I had been trying for several months to get the opportunity worked out to purchase a vehicle but it never quite worked out for me. Margaret Garland was wonderful and waited for me to be in a position to buy a car. She found my dream car-a 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback and even found one in my favorite color-blue. She and Anthony Green worked out an awesome deal for me to obtain my dream car and I cannot be more grateful to them both. When I returned to pick up my car after getting insurance secured, and after having to work late and traffic being a nightmare, I signed the final paperwork. Anthony Green had left by the time I got there to pick the car up but Bruce Moss and Rob King helped me with the final paperwork. Rob and Bruce have a wonderful sense of humor and made the experience even more awesome. I never felt pressured into buying a car I could not afford and everyone I worked with in my purchase were excellent and made this the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Newton Nissan and plan to do business with them for several years to come. More

On Friday night April 20,2013 I call Newton Nissan and I ask to talk to a sales person and they put Jason Harkleroad on the phone. I told him I was looking for a nice small car that use regular gas. I just wanted to get out of my truck that was hurting me on gas getting back and fourth from work . I also told Jason I been on my job at the GAP for 14 years and 10 months and lived at my home for 18 years but I was honest and told him my credit was not that good it was only 501 and just 3 days before I call him I got turn down by Kia. Jason told me and made me feel so good he said just come in and give Newton Nissan a chance he said you never no what we can do We have banks that can put you in the car that you want. I felt so good about after our conversation I told my husband I am going to Newton Nissan tomorrow, so after my grandson baseball game me and my son Stephen drove to Newton Nissan . When we enter the building we was in the New car lot and the real nice young girl at the desk page Jason I am so sorry I didn't remember her name but she was one out of a host of your employees that was so nice to us,we also shared a nice conversation while we was waiting for Jason. Mean wile come to fine out Jason was with another customer so the young lady said that's ok I will page Jen Harkleroad she said they work as a team. Jen came down and met me and my son and I then realize the employees hear are really nice. I told Jen what I had told Jason about my credit. She just said its ok just let us start by doing a credit report and other information to see where we are at. Well at time was waiting for the credit report to come back I met Jason, once again phone conversation was great meeting in person was excellent. Well credit report come back and it was good news and it was bad news . Good news was they had a bank in mine that probably would accept me. But the bad news was I could not afford 1000.000 down and also could not afford 578.00 car payment. At that time I Just knew they was going to send me out the door and tell me that they could not help me. But Jen took my papers to the sales manger Riley Groves I didn't know at the time he was out side talking to my son having a nice conversation. He told me give us to Monday and we will check with some other banks he said we may have to go with a different car or may be a different year . At this point of the deal I was feeling real good I Jason , Jen ,and Riley on my side and most all three employees told me that the like me and my son and the was going to try there best to get us in car . I shook their hands and thank them ,I was said that I didn't drive home in the 2012 white Altima that I fell in love with,but my ride home was a good one they left me with high spirit that I was going to get a car with Newton Nissan I went home I told my husband what happen and told him I don't know what kind of car we going to get but I think they are going to help us. Monday came , Jason call me and said at this time the sale manger Casey Newton was helping me out with trying to get me a car that fit my credit and budget,in a little time Jason call me back and said the are working on a 2011 cherry color Nissan Altima. Jason told me he was 99% sure that I was going to get that car. Well Jason was right after sighing all the paper work with another real nice employee ,Finance Manager Bruce Moss he took care of me with all my final paper and Jason pull the 2011 Altima gave me the keys Jason explain to me how to work everything on my car, At this point I shook Jason hands with a hug and thank him so much and his wife Jen for helping me along with all the other excellent employees that played as a Newton Nissan Team in helping me to get my wonderful car. I will always remember all of you , your company is the best, in my years I have bought a few new or use cars but your dealership made me and my son feel welcome the minute walk in the door. Special thanks go out to Jason for the nice conversation to get me to come in to get things started, because even if I didn't get a car from Newton Nissan I would got what ever I need to get together and tried Newton Nissan because your EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the moment I walked in the dealership, Tim (my salesman) was attentive and responsive and had a car for me to look at within 30 minutes of my arrival. He asked all the important questions and delivered. I was very sepcific in describing what I was looking for and he was equally responsive. I was very impressed. Then the complicated part... the financing. This, I was nervouse about as I was recently divorced and a single mother of two. But Rob, though my particular situation was complicated, jumped through all the necessary... and unnecessary... hoops to help make this happen for me. I now own a 2012 Nissan Altima that fits me and my budget and my life perfectly, and I could not be more pleased. I would refer family and friends or even strangers to these two gentlemen any day. I will be a fan of Newton Nissan and the experience for years to come. Thank you!!! More
