Customer service far exceeded any we have experienced to date. We have bought several new vehicles to date and this one tops the chart. We had a price we needed to meet...and the did everything possible to meet it. It was late at night around closing and bless their hearts they still were in top form. Bruce had all the finance paperwork in order and was a no nonsense guy. He knew what we needed as far as an extended warranty and explained it all. They did not try to add a bunch of stuff we did not need just to tack on to their bottom line. With the pathfinder you need a good warranty due to electronics...and Bruce explained it all to where our kids even understood. This isn't the type of dealership that makes you want to run. They treated my husband and I equal and did not make you feel out of place. We all work hard for our money and they are the first group to really relate to that. They work hard too. They were there with us way past closing. Very engaging with our boys too. Great waiting area. It helped with kids. Selection is good. They did all they could on our trade in too. If you are considering a nissan then try Newton's. Do your homework and make the drive. If it does not work out the first time I would keep in touch with them. I really do not think they will be outdone. Just remember they have a job to do too...but they really try to get you what you want and at the right price.
