I came to Newton Nissan because we had purchased out truck at Nissan of Gallatin which is the same place just different name. I found two cars listed online that seemed to be a very competitive price and had the criteria that I was looking for and went to look at them. When we arrived, we were greeted by Frank Taylor. Went to this Dealership to buy a brand new 2012 Titan... Had been told about a rebate prior to this visit (by another sales rep) that we would get cash back- NOT TRUE... They turn around and took it off the MSRP of the truck... and not another dime would they come off the MSRP price- Was told that they would work us a great deal and we would be happy about it- NOT TRUE...Once we arrived at the dealership the sales agent was very friendly and wanted to acomidate us and did good trying to find us the right truck we wanted.... Once it was time to crunch numbers and get the price right... EVERYTHING went downhill... While the Finance guy was trying to work something out the Salesman took the truck we wanted Back to the back of building where we had found it to begin with and got another truck and brought it to the front and said lets look at this one,this is what we are gonna have to go with to get the #'s right... we were at this dealership for over 3.5 hours... Never was offered a beverage or snack (except a mini snickers and I am on a diet so that wasn't gonna work).... as we were waiting we felt hungry so we went next door to Subway- upon returning from eating they had finally got us a deal and some numbers (we thought) we could work with... HAHAHA! YEA RIGHT! (This is where it gets interesting) The numbers they gave us was UNBELIEVEABLE! I can't believe anyone would ever taking a deal like they offered... at that moment we were Insulted by being offered something like that with the ammount of the monthly payment (almost as much as our mortgage and we just built a brand new house 3 years ago) HAH! So not only were the #'s HORRIBLE and the offers were so crazy for anyone to take them they had taken the original truck we wanted to the back and had brought up a totally different model titan to the front with completly different looks and options without us even knowing it... nothing was left on this particular titan he brought up front than the one we wanted to crunch #'s on... WE LEFT to say the least- and upon driving away we were thinking that was a HUGE interest rate they were trying to give us and it was what they called a great deal and they were taking care of us.... (and we realize our credit isnt perfect but for that Mo payment they offered us... they were jacking us all around) and we thought maybe some people have to do that but WE ARE NOT! As we were walking out of their the sales agent says Can you talk with my manager and let him know I did a good job at helping you? HA! NO- You call that helping someone???? NO, Thats called trying to take them to the Ringer and to strip them for every dime they have! That is NOT customer service... When we left My husband decided to go with the Original plan and get the Dodge he has ALWAYS wanted (since we thought orginally we would get the Cash back rebate on the Titan to pay off the other vehicle we owned was basically the only reason we went for the titan and if we wernt gonna get that we mise well get what we REALLY wanted). Miracle Dodge (down the street from Newton) had advertised INVOICE pricing on all 2013 Ram's PLUS $600 off the invoice price.... So we thought lets see what they have to offer- After arriving there at Miracle Dodge and getting the AWESOME customer service we deserve.. WE BOUGHT US A RAM! That's right- they knew how upset and tore up we were about getting jacked around at newton they took us right in set us down and got the job done! We told them the # of Months we wanted to finance and the Monthly payment we could afford and the truck we wanted to leave with and they made it happen in less than 2 hours!!!!! WE LOVE OUR TRUCK!!! Plus,The Dodge is 2013 and Nissan was 2012. SO for $1000 cheaper than the bottom # at nissan and $375.00 a month cheaper than nissan was offering- WE GOT THE TRUCK MY HUSBAND HAD ALWAYS DREAMED OF! Car shopping shouldn't cause as much stress as my husband and I went through yesterday at Newton- I feel like we are all in this game of Life together and if we can be treated in a decent and respectful matter we could avoid situations like this one.... It all worked out for us and we are happy Miracle Dodge Customers of a 2013 1500 RAM, I just hope someone can read this and prevent them from being jacked around at Newton or any dealership for that matter... Just because this dealer or another dealer is not doing you fair doesnt mean you cant get something elsewhere because YOU CAN! We are a Prime example and hope someone finds this post of good use! My wife and I went to Newton Nissan looking for a certain color & options in a 2012 Armada. Newton Nissan did not have one on their lot. Not only did they find one close by, but stayed late to go pick it u color & options in a 2012 Armada. Newton Nissan did not have one on their lot. Not only did they find one close by, but stayed late to go pick it up and detail it when it got back. In addition they gave us a lower price for a vehicle with more options and accessories than what was quoted to us. Ryan Martin and his team made us feel comfortable during the whole process (not pressured like the last time we bought). Frank Taylor took the time after our car was detailed (9:00 PM) to show my wife all of the features inside the car as well as set up her Bluetooth. Bruce and Rob both took their time to explain all of the finance paperwork to us and even helped get us a lower interest rate. Overall my experience with Ryan and the Newton Nissan team was excellent and I will definitely buy my next car from them. We love our Armada. Daniel and Ashley Behen More
