When I visited the dealership, I was greeted promptly at the beautiful showroom in Gallatin. Jennifer was able to find me just the right car at the right price with help from the service manager. Having only used Ebay on a limited basis, initially, I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle online, sight unseen. With a healthy dose of skepticism, I set out to contact the selling dealership, New was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle online, sight unseen. With a healthy dose of skepticism, I set out to contact the selling dealership, Newton Nissan of Gallatin, TN. My initial contact with the sales team was Tim Clark. Living in Massachusetts, I explained to Tim that I needed him to be my eyes, as I would be unable to physically see and drive the vehicle prior to purchase. Tim went as far as walking around the vehicle, cell phone in hand, divulging every detail about vehicle. And when I questioned further, he would send pictures, or further his explanation to ease any of my concerns. After reaching a fair price, Tim and the rest of the team at Newton Nissan spent much time helping me with the paperwork (which was slightly more complicated given my out of state residence). Rob King and the finance group were both right on par with the sales team. When my credit union dragged their heals with my financing, threating to slow the entire process, Newton Nissan stepped right in and beat their rate soundly! And when I went through a myriad of seemingly endless department or motor vehicle forms and insurance paperwork, Tim coordinated everything I needed from the dealership, despite it being his day off. Tim even took the time over a weekend to personally meet the car carrier who had unexpectedly accelerated their pick-up date. Over the course of the two weeks, from start to finish, Tim was in communication each day (which we joked about on the one occasion I did not call to pester him). It was only through the efforts of Tim and the rest of the team, that I was made to feel comfortable enough to move forward with my Ebay purchase. The vehicle arrived in Massachusetts last week, and it has exceeded all of my expectations! I couldn't be happier. I have to say, I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was far and away, the most pleasant experience I've ever had. She told him that we ould be there the next day, and only had about 1 hour to complete the paperwork. Glenn had everything ready for us when we arrived, and we completed ALL of the paperwork and drove away in 1 hour. The experience was great! We normally hate buying a new or used car. It is usually a very long drawn out process with a lot of game playing. This time was different though. We went into Newton Nissan on a whim and we were really imp a very long drawn out process with a lot of game playing. This time was different though. We went into Newton Nissan on a whim and we were really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Even though we weren't sure if we were going to be purchasing a vehicle at that time, the fact that the price was right and there was no pressure won us over. They were polite and we didn't have to play the normal games to get a good price. We loved working with Kevin and Randy as well as the finance team. The process did take a while, but we felt very at ease and it was a great experience overall. We had our 3 year old with us and they had a little play room where he could play while mom and dad watched him and worked on getting a new car. That alone was a huge deal to us! We purchased a slightly used 2012 Nissan Quest that had less than 10K miles on it. It was in excellent condition and was already at a very good price. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. As a HUGE added bonus, the finance team even called us back in about 3 days after we signed to notify us that they found us a better deal that saved us another $40 - $45 per month!!!! How great is that??? This is a great place to go and buy a car! We highly recommended Newton Nissan in Gallatin! Thank you for making us very happy customers. We went to Newton to pick up a prize we had won from a contest, not really in the market to purchase a new vehicle. During the hour drive from the Ft. Campbell KY area, I was browsing their website. I found an internet special on a new 2012 Quest that we decided to look at when we arrived. We were fortunate to work with Bo. She was amazing! We have never had such a smooth, hassle free car buying experience. I was sure that there was no way that we would be able to trade our 2008 Quest and still afford the payments. We were shocked when the first price offer was given to us and it was within $30 of our original payment. We were on a very tight schedule to get back home to pick up our daughter from school. Bo ensured that the paperwork process moved quickly. We were then handed off to Bruce Moss for the final paperwork, and he, too, was mindful of our time constraints and quickly helped finalize the deal. The entire process took less than 2 hours! We have purchased many new cars in the past and been to many different dealerships. In the future, this will be our first and most likely ONLY destination for car buying. We can't express enough how incredibly wonderful Bo and the entire Newton Nissan staff are! More

Due to a car accident I was forced to buy new car. Jerry knew I was looking at the Altima And call me when new ones arrive. When I bought my car they did not do a good job of cleaning it.
