Don't know how to start really. My wife and I had both of our cars break down, that left us with no transportation to shop for a new car. Caleb & I spoke on several times, keeping me informed of the inve of our cars break down, that left us with no transportation to shop for a new car. Caleb & I spoke on several times, keeping me informed of the inventory. When we thought we had one that sounded good they sent a driver to pick us up at our home. They treated us like royalty. Very Friendly staff, a pot of fresh hot coffee made us feel like we were at home. I was amazed at the amount of inventory to choose from. We were shown several cars, they were very honest, we looked and carfax reports and service records, nothing was hidden. They worked with us until we were satisfied and happy with the final deal. These folks are like stepping back 50 years to the way service and customer satisfaction are priority in the way to do business. While we waited to see the finance manager we had free coffee and looked at the beautiful new cars in the show room floor. We even sat in the new Murano convertible took photos on our cell phone and sent them to our children trying to make them believe we had lost our good sense. We just had a lot of fun. No pressures, just people wanting us to enjoy our experience of their business. Thank you Newton Nissan for an enjoyable time. In the future I will make sure to look here first. This was in thanks to the knowledge, friendliness and outstanding customer service of salesman Kevin Mears and finance director Rob King along with the Newton Nissan staff. Kevin was very patient, friendly and filled with knowledge about the business and the frontier I was intrested in. Kevin went above and beyond in negotiations that ended with a deal I was very please with and happy to sign. This lead quickly to the finance office where I had the pleasure of meeting and completing the deal with Rob King. Rob was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and walk me through a painless process. I thank Kevin and Rob and would think of Newton Nissan first for my next trade/auto purchase and happily share my experience with friends and family.
