I bought a new Nissan a few years ago from Kevin when he worked for Hippodrome Nissan, which is now closed. When I decided to purchase another new Nissan my first thought was "find Kevin." My first sales ex worked for Hippodrome Nissan, which is now closed. When I decided to purchase another new Nissan my first thought was "find Kevin." My first sales experience with him was so positive that I felt he was the best place to start my search. I finally located him at Newton Nissan of Gallatin. I contacted him and he was the same upbeat, friendly Kevin. He did remember me from the previous sale, which amazed me based on his years of work in sales and I'm sure a billion cars that he's sold! He asked what I was looking for. I told him and he took care of the rest. He took time to explain option packages, pricing and vehicle features as compared to similar models. He was very well informed about the products he sells. Kevin said the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock at the time, but that he could locate one. Within one day he found the vehicle I wanted and had it at the dealership! The rest is history, again. Because Kevin had been so thorough in finding out what vehicle I wanted, the minute I saw and drove the one he located I was pleased. I did buy from Kevin again. Newton Nissan was very friendly and answered every question I had. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle. The dealership environment seemed calm, organized and everyone smiled. Kevin took me to meet the service director and personally took me to finance. Super nice people! Overall great experience. Definitely I would recommend Newton Nissan. Her personal concern was unexpected and very much appreciated! We also visited other car dealerships to test drive a variety of vehicles. Of the sales people we worked with, Margaret was by far the best! She was knowledgable about each car, was not at all pushy, allowed us to drive any vehicle we were interested in. She followed up consistently with quick phone calls, emails and a nice letter (something no other sales person at any of the other dealerships we dealt with ever did), but at no time did we ever feel as if she was trying to rush us or push us into a buying decision. We can't begin to tell you how impressed we were/are with her. Over the couple of weeks it took us to make our decision to buy a Nissan we can honestly tell you that Margaret became a friend, and that's simply something you never expect to happen when you're looking to buy a new car. I had compared prices on Nissan Armada and Riley was able to be at least $1000 below any competitor. I live in Alabama so all of the paperwork was handled effortlessly on my part over the phone. I even had a trade that was evaluated via pictures and my description and feel like I was given a very fair value. My Armada was delivered to my door the next morning at no charge. Several times I changed my mind on options and trim styles and Riley would re-work numbers and talk to managers again and again. Riley made it clear that he was available to answer any question I had even after the sale. I could not be happier with the entire buying experience or my new Armada. More
