Kris was extremely helpful in our car buying process. We only had a little bit of informatino to provide him with, yet he enthusiasticly helped us through the process. He had a great attitude and was willing to work out a deal that woudl benefit both he and our family. Overall We had a great experience. We also dealt with Rob King in financing. He was clear and spent the time explaining our options and didn't let us leave until we were comfortable. We were very pleased with our experience and we are extremely happy with our new (used)car! Everyone was very nice and Kevin went out of his way to help us even when we thought we would not be able to get a car at all. The manager and Kevin found us a truck with rebates that helped us get where we need to be and never pressured us to buy anything we didn't want or couldn't handle. I received phone calls and emails after buying the truck making sure we were doing ok with everything and that the truck was working out. I have never had a sales person or dealership call me after I left. They usually treat you like they made the sale now they are done with you. I never felt like that with this deal. More

Like I mentioned before, I had almost chosen another vehicle and I had a price point in mind that I was wanting to meet or better yet beat. As I got serious about purchasing the Rogue, both Kris and Mike went over and beyond to meet my expectations and ensure that I left there completely happy and with the price that I was wanting. I did not feel pushed into a decision even though I fretted a lot about it at the time. I ended up leaving that night with a brand new vehicle and absolutely ecstatic about it.
