Lateesha Ward-Whitely was/is our sales specialist at Newton Nissan of Gallatin (TN). She was wonderful to work with in meeting our needs and helping us become comfortable with our automobile purchase (2 Newton Nissan of Gallatin (TN). She was wonderful to work with in meeting our needs and helping us become comfortable with our automobile purchase (2017 Mazda 6 Touring). We initially walked away from the car we eventually bought because we just weren’t convinced it’s infotainment system was working properly. She invited us to come back out the next day to see if we could figure it out with her help. Together, we successfully reset the system and it worked beautifully and as expected. Coming to an agreement on the purchase price was a little more involved than the infotainment system. However, she made working with her and the team at Newton Nissan pleasant in that aspect too. We never felt pressured. We came to an agreement on the price of the car I am convinced is fair to both us and the dealership. I would recommend Lateesha and the team at Newton Nissan for your future consideration. More
