Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!! My overall car buying experience was EXCELLENT.......I went online searching for a Mini Cooper and found the car that I wanted at Newtonnissan. Called My overall car buying experience was EXCELLENT.......I went online searching for a Mini Cooper and found the car that I wanted at Newtonnissan. Called and inquire about the car and talk to Paul Dillard the expert salesman. I told him about the car that I wanted and he knew exactly what I was looking for. He went to find out if the car had been sold and it was under contract. So I thanked him for his help. I decided to keep looking for another Mini Cooper. The next day went by and I received a call from Paul stating that he had good news. The contract fell through and that if o wanted the car it’s available. To my surprise I became super excited. 😃 I instantly went online to fill out the credit app and was instantly approved...I left work from Memphis headed straight there to pick up my car. Let me say as soon as I entered the building the overall atmosphere was soooo welcoming and professional. It was like family. Paul Dillard greeted me with a big smile and was sooo awesome with the overall process. My paperwork was already prepared for me. I was literally at the dealership for less than 1 hr.......Never ever have I experienced service like that when buying a car......I recommend anybody that if you are buying a car to go to Newtonnissan and ask for Paul Dillard.
