Great Place It was my first time in the dealership and had no previous dealings with them so I had no idea what to expect. Nice vehicles and most people....but.......... I have purchased two vehicles from Newton with my most recent being a new 2016 Nissan Frontier. On the front side of things everything has been perfec I have purchased two vehicles from Newton with my most recent being a new 2016 Nissan Frontier. On the front side of things everything has been perfect with no issues. I refinanced the vehicle with another lender that included GAP insurance. Now comes the headache....I sent all of the information to have the GAP insurance that I had purchased cancelled. I was told that it take about 3 weeks but if it was 4-6 weeks not to worry. That was currently four months ago. Now when I call the person that was to be my point of contact I only get voice mail and after many voicemails I have as of yet gotten a return call. I actually just tried to call the dealership at 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2017 and got no answer at all! More

Pre-owned vehicle purchase I found the vehicle we purchased from Newton Nissan listed on Auto Trader. I then went to Newton Nissan's website and from there emailed the sales dep I found the vehicle we purchased from Newton Nissan listed on Auto Trader. I then went to Newton Nissan's website and from there emailed the sales department asking if the vehicle was still available. Liberty Duncan was very quick to respond.. like less than 5 minutes quick :) we ended buying that same vehicle later in the evening. The whole process was pleasent. We ended up having a maintenance issue with the vehicle after purchase, but the dealership was quick to respond. I was set up with a service loaner while they fixed my vehicle. I was happy that they fixed the issue the same day. They have a great team at Newton Nissan. Thank you, Keith Dickinson More
