The entire time at Nick Nicholas Ford was great. Rex Adair is not a salesman. What he offers his customers is so much more. Congenial, personable and knowledgeable is how my wife and I describe him. Rex Adair is not a salesman. What he offers his customers is so much more. Congenial, personable and knowledgeable is how my wife and I describe him. He goes out of his way to make sure the guest is happy. I feel we got a great deal on new truck and I like to believe Rex had to most to do with it. We came out of a very plain Escape and Rex knew everything and explained everything we needed to know about all its features. He answered all our questions without pause. Hats off also to Dave the finance manager. I have been buying cars since 1965 and have never met a more laid back FM than Dave. Thank you. I have used the service department before with my Escape and plan to have all the service on the new truck there. More
