Purchase of a 2018 Ford Explorer i have lost count of the number of cars i have purchased form Nick Nicholas (Dee Knight) over the 20 years we have been associated with Citrus County i have lost count of the number of cars i have purchased form Nick Nicholas (Dee Knight) over the 20 years we have been associated with Citrus County Specifically Citrus Hills. Every time we have had a pleasing experience whilst purchasing these vehicles and have been treat in a very professional manner. Worked with Michelle, she was amazing! I had to come from out of town to pick up the new car. My experience at other dealers was that you get there, sign a few papers then wait for hours. I I had to come from out of town to pick up the new car. My experience at other dealers was that you get there, sign a few papers then wait for hours. I arrived, she took my trade, all documents were prepared which I signed then left. 30 minutes total. Very pleased with the experience. More

She took care and showed us through the entire inventory and gave a good explanation of the features, advantages and disadvantages of each model we looked at. When we did settle on a model, she went out of her way to make sure the deal would fit our budget without the added pressure to buy supplemental products or services. She was also very knowledgeable of all the features of the new Ford Ranger and walked us through all of them. We have never had a sales agent provide such exemplary service before. We felt like we made a friend. If all your sales agents are as professional as Venessa, your dealership cannot help but be a success. More
