We recently purchased a used car from here. We have visited multiple car dealerships before ending up getting our car here with a lot of negative experiences. Jason is great. He answered all of our questions every step of the way. Even went above and beyond to remove a sticker decal from the previous owner before handing over the keys. I would definitely buy a car from Jason again! He, and other employees, apologized multiple times for the second day we went to sign paperwork and somehow we were there for three hours. That wasn't on him at all, they have one financial guy there at the time and we had to wait our turn. Btw, Jonathan is also great and answered all of our questions. Five stars for him as well. Honestly, the two hours of waiting was the only negative. Especially when we were given an appointment time...what was the purpose of the appointment really? It set up an expectation of time being important, but evidently not the case. Other than that, we are very happy with the car. Love it. More

It is frustrating and disheartening to see this kind of behavior from a company with such a reputable name.
