It took more than 3 hrs to remove the hard water spot on a brand new vehicle. Also, they forgot to remove stains on the side mirrors so anyway I will have to spend money to buy the remover gel since I can’t a brand new vehicle. Getting an appointment over the phone was hard I left 2 messages with no return call. I had to drive to dealership to be put on schedule. Spencer was great with taking care of everything I needed in my car. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so well.
