Acura used to be a great place to take my car for service. All new staff, and the customer service crashed and burned since my last visit approximately one year ago. I will mention the two people left that I've worked with in the past that were really great to work with and always communicated well. Chandra Rosales and Gary Smedstad. I understand that it gets hectic there, and although I did initially authorize the work on the vehicle, I never received the call back that I requested before the work was started on the car. I only received a call once the work was done and the prior request wasn't even acknowledged (even if to say sorry we didn'tget back to you before the work on the vehicle was performed). I was always able to obtain a loaner vehicle in the past regardless of the service that was being performed on the vehicle, but was told that due to the service that was being performed I would not be eligible to get a loaner vehicle. Also, I was told my car would be washed and it wasn't. I understand that the wash is a courtesy but I was told it would happen and it was returned unwashed. Overall, the most disappointing experience I've ever had with service at this location. More
