The service and communication from the team at Niello was excellent. I was however disappointed when I did pick my car up after nearly 3 weeks at the service department. The parts had to come from Germany excellent. I was however disappointed when I did pick my car up after nearly 3 weeks at the service department. The parts had to come from Germany and took extra time, I was fine with that. The problem was they left my car in the lot for those three weeks and it was filthy. They could have at least had their detail department clean it before they called for pickup. More
