Well, the service was good and they kept me in the loop the whole time. My only issue is that I have a policy that covers the work that was done and they told me they were not a "participating dealership" the whole time. My only issue is that I have a policy that covers the work that was done and they told me they were not a "participating dealership". The policy is a Volvo product and I had to go to my original bay area dealership to have them investigate and Niello now needs to reimburse me. That should not have happened. More
