Sold us a truck with transmission problems! My husband & I bought a new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 from the Cassett Ave store last Saturday 8/10/2019. They sold it to us new with 7000 miles on My husband & I bought a new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 from the Cassett Ave store last Saturday 8/10/2019. They sold it to us new with 7000 miles on it (demo model). We only drove it around town at minimal speeds that afternoon. On the way back home that evening, the truck started having a vibration in it like we were driving over rumble strips (not constant and driving between 30-70 MPH). I called our sales rep (Jenny) 1st thing the next morning. From all the information that I can find, apparently there is an issue with the transmission. We have an appointment scheduled with the service dept for 8/17/2019. But, they should NEVER have sold us a vehicle that had a prior issue in the 1st place. It's nice looking, but not nice driving! However, we purchased it and now it's our problem. Yes, we have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. But, that will be over quicker than you realize! More

I am totally and completely sold out to Chevrolet because of these two wonderful individuals. Not only did they sale me the car I wanted for much less than I anticipated but they provided so much more. Also, my mother has disabilities that obviously made things go a little slower but you couldn't tell by the way they took their time with her and made her laugh while she was having a hard time walking. She was having so much fun with these two men taking their time with her and making her smile in spite of her situation. I'm not one to just say things just because, I really mean everything I am saying... They have customers for life with the Irven/Walton families.
