They actually listen to what you want/need, and will work with you based upon your individual situation, rather than trying to put you into a random vehicle just to make a sale. Yesterday I worked with Laverne, Jonathan, and Thomas. I had actually been researching used 2017 or 2018 trucks for a few weeks and scouring the market. I knew exactly what features I wanted and what I was willing to spend. The sales team was able to get me exactly what I wanted in a NEW 2019 Silverado for a price that worked with my planned budget! I really can't say enough about the professionalism of the team here. Its refreshing to be treated like a VIP in a market where you feel like just another number at other dealerships. I will shop here again, and I'm already planning to come back soon for accessory purchase and installation.
