Excellent Service Cornell Harris I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from at Nimnicht on Cassat from Cornell Harris. I initially came in with my sp I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from at Nimnicht on Cassat from Cornell Harris. I initially came in with my spouse to just browse and see what my options were to purchase a vehicle. Cornell really took his time to figure out what I was in the market for and listened to every detail that I wanted. He showed me what was currently available and what I might be interested in based on all my selections. This was the first dealership I had went to on my search and when I left that day Cornell really assisted in me and was very patient and detailed in providing me with a clear understanding of what I was able to do and what options I had. The understanding, compassion, patience and attentiveness that he showed truy wowed me. On Saturday, I advised him I was returning to look at a vehicle before I went anywhere else, Cornell went above and beyond my expectations.. There was never any pressure or feeling rushed to buy because he had other customers. So many people came in that day and I kept hearing his name on the intercom and he was just as attentive to those customers making sure they were properly taken care of all while still making me feel like I was the only customer he had. The fact that so many people were coming in looking for him was amazing, that's when I really knew that I was in the right hands. Needless to say, I purchased my vehicle and Cornell stayed assisting me through the whole process until the end which for me was awesome. Even when I came back to get some things completed when he was not there I was well taken care of and he contacted me to insure that I was satisfied! I can honestly say I had the best salesman to assist me the whole way through and you all have a GEM on your hands. He has a wonderful humbleness and understanding about him and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. I really appreciate everyone at Nimnicht that assisted me and made this purchase great but if it wasn't for Cornell and the great service he gave me I would not have returned. I have had multiple sales people lie to my face when they did not know that answer to a question. Terrence was really patient with me as I wanted to browse the Silverado Line Up! I told him about how I'd not like to waste any time, and he was running back and forth to make the process as quick as possible. I wont be beuying any more cars in Jax unless Terrence is selling it! He is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

I purchased a 17 Chevy Cruze hatchback May 18th 2018 from Jerry Learn. This was hands down the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. I found the vehicle online, it was a bit more than I was looking to spend. I gave the dealership a call, and told them the number I was comfortable with. They gave me a call back and told me to come get it. Once I stepped in the dealership, the whole process took maybe one hour start to end. Car salesmen get a bad rep, but you have to remember these people are working just like you to put food on the table, give these guys the respect they deserve, and generally they will work with you as best they can. Jerry Learn is a prime example, genuinely seemed like a good dude, and I appreciated the no BS nature of the visit. Nobody tried to up sell me, or tack on BS that I didn't ask for. The price I agreed to on the phone, was what I paid out the door not a penny more. All in all, an excellent purchase experience, I would purchase again in the future if I'm in the area. Jerry Learn was excellent, give the guy a bonus, and a vacation. More
