She called me and after talking I realized that she had a particular vehicle and options in mind. I called Don and explained the situation. I made an appointment and met her at the dealership. Don spoke to her about her preferences and showed her several models, colors, and options packages for reference..We went inside and Don listened carefully to her desired vehicle choices and with the aid of his computer he was able to target an inbound vehicle that was the ideal vehicle for her. She was so pleased and remarked that he really listened.
