Mr. Cecil Williams, we apologize for the confusion of your wife receiving excessive calls, she was actually on a Buick GMC Loyalty manifest sent from GM to Nimnicht Buick GMC not Nimnicht Chevrolet. the current vehicles you purchased were from Nimnicht Buick GMC. Please give us an opportunity when you're in the market again, we're #1 for a reason. We dropped the ball with you in communications, no doubt. We are sorry Ryan hakes had to receive this bad review for us to notice we had dropped the ball. We strive to have perfection on all of our reviews and sales. I noticed that you never made it to our store as Ryan had set 3 appointments for you. I can guarantee you would have been leaving a wonderful review if you had been able to make it here, it would have been a quick painless process with the best numbers upfront, no drag out back and forth negotiations, waiting for you to leave to then bend a little, old car trick. If there's anything we can do to repair your impression of us or Ryan who tried his best to get you to our store, please let me know. We have a BDC (business development center) which has all the calls, I know you made calls to our Buick/GMC store for quotes from our body shop, our BDC dept. must have confused the calls and started your wife as well as from Chevy BDC. Again sincere apologies from us here at Nimnicht Chevrolet. My name is Lionel, if you ever need anything in the future for yourself or family, I promise not to disappoint you sir.
